Refuge Empowerment Program for Women (REP-Women)

To effectively unlock the enormous volume of waste as resources for inclusive and sustainable development, IGWAS is enabling internally displaced women in the pigbakasa, Apo community to use their local skills to earn a decent income working with waste.

We recently partnered with Trash Monger limited to facilitate training eight(8) Internally Displaced women working as informal waste workers in Apo Abuja. The National Directorate of Employment organised the training.
